As an L&D Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team in coordinating training programs, assisting in employee development initiatives, and contributing to enhancing the overall learning experience within the hospital.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops
Support in preparing training materials and presentations
Maintain and update training records and reports
Coordinate with different departments regarding training needs
Provide administrative support to the L&D team
Participate in ongoing development projects and initiatives
Fresh graduates from relevant fields (HR, Business Administration)
Graduated from reputable universities
Postgraduate studies are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and develop
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
