Fahd just 5 years old, this little boy's life changed forever after suffering severe flame burns that left him with extensive scarring.
The injury caused significant loss of his scalp and hair, along with a severe contracture of his right elbow that limited the movement of his arm.
As part of the first stage of his reconstructive journey, he underwent:
Tissue expander surgery to begin restoring his scalp.
Release of the right elbow contracture using local flaps and skin grafts to improve arm function and mobility.
This is only the beginning.
His recovery will continue, requiring multiple procedures with tissue expander , close follow-up, and comprehensive rehabilitation to restore both function and appearance.
Every step of this journey brings him closer to healing, confidence, and the childhood every child deserves.
