Position description
Provide consultations, examinations, and radiological treatments under the supervision of Specialists or senior consultants, utilizing a full range of diagnostic agents, methods, and techniques while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
Perform all types of radiological investigations in coordination with and under the supervision of the Head of Department (HOD).
Participate in the evaluation and interpretation of radiological investigations and implemented procedures to ensure diagnostic accuracy and quality outcomes.
Strictly adhere to radiation safety regulations and hospital safety policies.
Respond to emergencies and provide diagnostic radiology services for urgent and critical cases on a 24/7 on-call basis, as required.
Actively contribute to departmental educational programs, clinical meetings, and ongoing training activities.
Comply with departmental Policies & Procedures and hospital by-laws, rules, and regulations.
Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of professional knowledge, skills, and competencies
Position Requirement
MD or equivalent degree in Radiology.
Egyptian Board / master’s degree in Radiology (Doctorate preferred).
Valid medical license to practice in Egypt.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Radiology Consultant.
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
Experience in a tertiary care or accredited hospital is preferred
