The ER operates 24/7 providing rapid triage, acute medical and surgical interventions, and immediate stabilization of critical cases. Special focus is given to heart attacks (including primary PCI service), , other cardiac emergencies, acute burns, post-liver transplantation complications and diabetes-related emergencies, ensuring that patients receive specialized care without delay.
Rapid triage and resuscitation of critically ill patients.
Primary PCI service for heart attacks.
Emergency surgical procedures in the on-site Operation Room.
Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Immediate management of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), hypoglycemia, and other acute diabetes-related complications.
Initial stabilization of gastrointestinal bleeding, acute cardiac events, and post-liver transplant emergencies.
Burn emergency management and referral for surgical intervention.
Cardiac emergencies: Myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, acute heart failure.
Diabetes-related emergencies: Severe hypoglycemia, DKA, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state (HHS), and infection-related complications.
Gastrointestinal emergencies: Perforations, acute bleeding, obstruction.
Liver transplant patients: Acute rejection crises, infections, post-transplant complications.
Burn patients: Acute stabilization, airway management, and pain control.
