Dr. Mohamed Gamal Farwiez, MD
Head of Psychiatry Department – AlNas Hospital
Dr. Mohamed Gamal Farwiez is the Head of the Psychiatry Department at AlNas Hospital. He specializes in general, liaison, child, intervention, old age, and sports psychiatry. A graduate of Ain Shams University, he earned his Master’s degree in Psychiatry and Neurology in 2019 and his Doctorate in Psychiatry in 2022.
With over eleven years of experience, Dr. Farwiez has trained extensively in different Psychiatry subspecialities, electroencephalography and transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy (TMS). He is serving as Lecturer of Psychiatry at Ain Shams University, He previously served as Vice Manager of the Institute of Psychiatry, and Consultant Psychiatrist at Wady El Nile and Egypt Air hospitals. He also worked as a Sports Psychiatry Consultant for Al Ahly Club’s junior football teams.
