Ambassador Alaa Youssef, Chairman of the #State_Information_Service, conducted an inspection visit to Al Nas Charitable Hospital in response to a gracious invitation from the hospital’s management. The visit reflects the authority’s commitment to supporting leading medical institutions that contribute to advancing Egypt’s healthcare system, in line with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s strong focus on developing the healthcare sector and strengthening partnerships between the state and civil society institutions to provide integrated healthcare services to citizens.

Al Nas Hospital is a nonprofit charitable medical institution located in the heart of Shubra El Kheima, one of Egypt’s most densely populated areas. Since its opening in September 2019, the hospital has remained committed to providing all its medical services completely free of charge, presenting a leading model of social solidarity.

Ambassador Alaa Youssef’s visit included a comprehensive tour with Dr. Hatem El Molla, Executive Director of the hospital, during which he explored the remarkable technological advancements throughout the medical facility. The tour began with a visit to the Liver Transplant Unit, which represents a distinguished addition to the healthcare system. He also inspected the advanced Clinical Research Center, followed by the Burns Unit, which is equipped with the latest international technologies for treating critical cases. The tour also included the Al Nas Hospital Museum, which documents the different stages of the hospital’s development.

The tour included a visit to the Radiology Units, considered among the most advanced and powerful of their kind in Egypt, where the ambassador learned about the hospital’s state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment.

Ambassador Alaa Youssef also met with the medical and administrative teams and other hospital staff, praising their sincere efforts. He held friendly conversations with patients and visited children in their rooms to check on their health and hear directly from them about the quality of the medical services and comprehensive care they receive.

At the conclusion of the visit, Ambassador Alaa Youssef, Chairman of the State Information Service, expressed his great pride in the presence of a major medical institution such as Al Nas Hospital in Egypt. He emphasized that what he witnessed represents an inspiring model of social solidarity and successful partnership in charitable and civil society work.

He also affirmed that the State Information Service will spare no effort in highlighting these distinguished medical achievements locally and internationally, contributing to strengthening the positive image of Egypt’s healthcare system and civil society sector.
