Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or healthcare (VIP services preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Excellent in English is required.
