Dr Iman has over than 40 international publications and researches. She has been selected to be a member of the Scientific Committees to Examine Scientific Production to Fill the Positions of Professors of Clinical and Chemical Pathology at the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities (14th round).
 Dr Iman has extensive experience in medical laboratories Quality accreditations; GAHAR, CAP And ISO 15189. She is a technical assessor in The Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC).

Dr Iman has Extensive Proven expertise in medical laboratory management either in JCI Accredited Hospitals and international medical laboratories cooperates in Egypt and Gulf, commanding a comprehensive understanding of medical laboratory operations gained over many years, optimizing workflows, building robust quality management systems and leading high-performing teams.
