The CSR Partnerships Officer is responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships to support Al Nas Hospital’s humanitarian mission. The role focuses on building sustainable relationships with companies, securing corporate donations and sponsorships, and expanding the hospital’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) network.
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate partners to support fundraising initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
Design and present tailored CSR partnership proposals and sponsorship packages.
Achieve agreed fundraising targets and partnership objectives.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of CSR agreements.
Prepare partnership reports, proposals, and presentations.
Represent the hospital at corporate meetings, networking events, and business forums.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate partnership development.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Results-driven with the ability to meet fundraising targets.
Experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector is a plus.
